Photographer’s Account

Photographer can make an outline about him/her and provide this information to his/her client which in turn is published through MyFotoBiz Website.

  • Photographer can add his associate profile in the Website.
  • Make the Photographer or his associate profile public through MyFotoBiz Website.
  • Provision to change Email Address, Password, Security settings – to protect the Login account which cannot be misused by anyone.
  • MyFotoBiz maintains a record when the Photographer logs in and logs out from the Website. This would help the Photographer to know when he lastly used the MyFotoBiz Website.
  • MyFotoBiz generates a bill and sends it to the photographer for every 30 days as a subscription charges. Photographer can view the billing history made by MyFotoBiz in the Website.

Photographer’s Business

My business

Photographers can update their business details in MyFotoBiz Website. MyFotoBiz Website-business details such as Studio Name, Address, and Primary contact. He can also provide some specific information related to his business viz., customer care, support Email Address, business/studio logo, Invoice format, payment gateways and configure Sales Tax.

The main business of photographers is providing various services to his client such as photo shoot for wedding, birthday party, portrait etc.

Services have a list of packages and Products. Packages are classified with the Products. Services can be provided for the particular Product. For example, printing of the photos in various sizes from the CD is a service provided by the photographer for his client.

MyFotoBiz provides a standard list of Services, Packages and Products where Photographer can import using from the list or he can generate his own type of Services that he can offer to his clients.

Photographer can form his own settings which includes currency, number format, date format and time zone. This settings will reflect in the Invoice and other reports created by MyFotoBiz.

Photographers communicate several times with clients through Email when an appointment or order is confirmed. MyFotoBiz make this simple where photographer can configure the Email template in his account. He can select and send the selected Email template to clients.

The Contract is the most essential document required by the photographer. Whenever there is a photo session, both the photographer and his clients need to agree on the terms & conditions given in the contract document. MyFotoBiz allows a photographer to create his own contract template. He can select and send the selected contract document along with the estimation cost of the photo shoot to his client.

Photographer’s Calendar

Calendar

MyFotoBiz calendar shows day view, week view, and month view. Photographers can add appointment in the calendar directly.

Client may require a service from the Photographer on a particular date and time. Photographer in turn checks his calendar whether he is available to take up the client request. If he is available and agrees, an appointment is made. This request is added to his calendar for the specified date and time.

MyFotoBiz allows the photographers to create many calendars and add appointments for the selected calendar. Photographers can create many calendars for their associates where they track the appointment in a single shot.

Rich features include – Search, Print, Set Reminders, and Email Appointments.

MyFotoBiz simply allows photographers to track the appointment by status, date & time, Contact Name, Location etc., also can even view the missed appointments and work on your time to meet the clients demand.

To specific appointment, a photographer may work on so many activities to complete the photo session successfully. Here the activity is termed as “To Do List”. Photographer can create a specific task associated to the appointment and calendar.

Photographer’s Orders & Inquiries

New Enquiry

Photographers may receive many inquiries related to the photo shoot from anyone. The Inquiries may convert to Quote and later created as an Order.

A confirmed appointment is treated as an Order by the Photographer. For creating an order, a photographer generates estimation for the Services selected by his client.

MyFotoBiz generates the estimation based on the selected Services & Packages offered to the client by the Photographer. Along with the estimation, a contract document would be sent to the client. Both Photographer and client have to agree on the terms & conditions to make the order confirmed.

Confirmed Orders are created as an appointment automatically in the default Calendar in the Photographer’s account.

Photographer’s Gallery

My Gallery

Photos which are taken at the particular occasion are organized as a Gallery in MyFotoBiz Website. Many Galleries can be created for each occasion. Gallery summary view lists all the galleries and helps to browse the photo albums within the gallery.

Album summary view lists all the albums within the gallery. Album can even attach to order number to tag album for further specific identifications. Facility to view a photo, add caption, view slide show and even publish online album for clients to view their photos.

Create online album that enables to view their photos online. Facilitate online proofing, options to choose photos to be printed. MyFotoBiz simple order interface helps the client to add their favorite photos to order cart and forward the same to you for further processing.

Photographer’s Finance

My Finance

My Finance allows professional photographers to manage all the expense and income incurred in a business. In accounting world the words expense and income are best known as the debit and credit.

Income: Create an Invoice if you want to bill your client or contact after the sale has been made or create a sales receipt if your clients or contacts pay you at the time of sale. Receive payments against an invoice from your clients.

Expense: This is the amount incurred as an outflow towards an order or any general expense.

Deposit: Any amount that you receive from your client or from other resources. You can maintain these deposits for reference.

Reports:With the expense and the receipt information, several reports can be generated. All these reports can be generated for an accounting period or for a particular customer

  • Invoice aging Report - Unpaid invoices fall in the 1-30 day category, 31-60 day category, 61-90 category and etc.
  • Make Statements - Client wise against the order each order.
  • Invoice Due - Overdue invoices
  • Transactions Report - Client wise transactions that occurred during a period.

Contact Details

My contacts allow professional photographers to store the contact details like name, address, phone number, and other contact-related information. The contacts thus created can be classified as a group and category. A contact can be in multiple groups and a single category.

Groups: Groups help the professional to identify a class of clients and have easy correspondence with them. After the professional photographers define contacts, they can assemble contacts into groups.

Category: The contacts can also be classified as Client, Prospect, Buddy, Vendor, and Affiliate etc which in turn are called as Category. A Contact can be only in a single category.

Order Fulfilment

Contact Details

All the Orders including print orders placed by client are listed. Select single or multiple print orders and make shipments to your customers. Create shipment slip, send email and maintain the shipment history.

Configure the shipping carrier details. The Shipping setup allows you to add shipping options.
