You need to register to access MyFotoBiz website. You can access "Take a Tour"
link and get to know how MyFotoBiz works for you.
Is there any cost involved for registration?
You need not pay anything for registration. However a monthly subscription is applicable
when you become a member of MyFotoBiz.
Is installation required to access MyFotoBiz?
You don't have to install anything on your computer. MyFotoBiz is very simple and
it is a hosted software solution. We maintain the servers and security as well as
any updates and improvements so that you don't have to worry about any maintenance.
How do I get my forgotten User ID / Password?
Click on the "Forgot User ID / Password" link. We will send you the details
to your Email Address.
Do I need to use any specific browser to open MyFotoBiz?
MyFotoBiz is a web-based and works well on all of the major browsers including Internet
Explorer, Mozilla on both Mac and Windows.
Can I add my associate profile in MyFotoBiz?
Yes, you can create multiple profiles who are working in your Studio.
Do I have facility to change my Email and Password?
Yes, you can change your Email Address and Password using My Personal Profile link.
Is notification by SMS free?
This is a free service and MyFotoBiz doesn't charge you to receive notifications.
Is my data confidential, safe and secure?
We are committed to keeping your data safe and secure and have taken precautionary
measures to protect you. We treat your data with a high level of confidentiality.
How much MyFotoBiz charge?
MyFotoBiz charges $60 for a subscription.
How do I find out more information about MyFotoBiz?

can login to your account to see more.
Can my customers purchase their photos online?
Yes, MyFotoBiz Online Gallery offers this functionality although, at this time,
MyFotoBiz does not process credit cards. It is the responsibility of the photography
studio to process each credit card.
Can I add my own services & products?
Yes, you can add your own services & products. However MyFotoBiz provides the readymade
list of services & products where you can import and customize according to your
need.
Can I add the products to my services & packages?
Yes, you have facility to add the products to your services & packages which you
want to offer to your client.
Will MyFotoBiz allow me to customize my website?
Yes, you can personalize your website. Different segments like Header, Page Elements
& Footer with list of options.
How can I add my appointments to the calendar?
Open the calendar and add the appointment for selected time & date. You have the
facility to make quick add appointment for the future date. You do not have to keep
navigating to locate and add the appointment.
Is there an option to create appointment in different calendars?
Yes, select the calendar while creating appointment.
Can I track my associate appointment?
Yes, all the appointments of yours and your associate are displayed in different
colors for easy identification. Hence you can easily track your associate's appointment..
How can I create a task for the particular appointment?
When you create appointment you can associate with the "To-do" list and
update the status when completed. You can create a task which may not seem associated
with the appointment.
How do I track the calls which I make to the clients?
All the calls you initiate are maintained in each inquiry you receive, each quote
& each order. All you have to do is select the call log action from the List and
add your notes for the call you made to the client.
How do I see the confirmed order before I commit to other clients?
All the calls you initiate are maintained in each inquiry you receive, each quote
& each order. All you have to do is select the Follow-up from the List and add your
notes for the call you made to the client.
Is there an option to track the inquiry until order gets confirmed?
The list of inquiries, Quotes, Orders are available with the status. Inquiries may
convert to Quote, Quote converts to Order, and hence you can easily track.
Can I create multiple galleries for a single client?
Yes you can create multiple galleries. You have to select the client name from the
list and associate the gallery to that particular client.
Can I associate an order number with the album?
Yes, while creating album you can select the order number from the list and get
associated.
Can my clients view their photos?
Facility to view a photo, add caption, view slide show and even publish online album
for your clients to view their photos.
Does MyFotoBiz provide an option to add photos to cart?
Your client can add their favorite photos to their order cart and forward the same
to you for further processing.
How can a contact be created?
A contact for a professional photographer can be created by storing the details
like name, address, phone number and other contact-related information.
Can a contact be present in multiple groups?
Yes. A contact can be present in multiple groups.
Can a contact be present in multiple categories?
No. A contact cannot be present in multiple categories.
Is there any maximum number of contacts that can be stored?
There is no limit. MyFotoBiz enables you to store any number of contacts.
How can I send an Email to multiple contacts of same group?
Select a group and on click of Email or Compose, the corresponding mail is sent
to all the contact’s e- mail addresses present in the group.
Does MyFotoBiz support importing of contacts?
MyFotoBiz supports importing of contacts in the Comma Separated Value File Format.
Can my contacts be exported?
Yes. The contacts can be exported in the Comma Separated Value File Format. These
contacts can be transferred to other accounts or saved for reference offline. All
the contacts, selected contacts based on the search criteria or contacts present
in a particular group can be exported.
What are all the reports are generated to understand the business trend?
Various kinds of reports are generated viz., Client wise Statements, Invoice aging
Report, Transactions reports.
